Description

The supra-denominational and ecumenical orientated journal Kirche und Recht aims at all institutions and authorities, which apply ecclesiastical and state law. It contains amongst others event notes, reports on current jurisdiction and references to relevant new publications, books and articles alike. In step with actual practice articles depict topics from all legal fields, which are of special interest to church institutions. The journal is published twice a year and comprises usually about 100 pages.
